VW ID Pyrofuse replacement

 This ID4 came all the way from Cumbria for a PYRO Fuse replacement after being involved in a minor accident! Battery safely removed from the car using our Battery lifting table,

We then removed the “lid” from the battery giving us access to the Cell modules and Switching units

On this vehicle a full Battery contactor repair kit was supplied through Volkswagen,

We then used ODIS to reactivate all High Voltage components, We finished the job off by fully charging the vehicle.

The customer was then able to get the train to us in Middlesbrough and Drive back to Cumbria.
